Right inside the city gate in Quesada is the center with everything from shops, gas station, post office, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, pubs.
Furthermore, we have a separate water park Aqualandia – here it is wonderful to take a whole day in the sun for the whole family. Here there are slides and slides for all ages….
We also have tennis courts, mini golf, and not least the beautiful 18 hole golf course La Marquesa.
Ciudad Quesada belongs to the ancient Spanish city of Rojales which is located at the northern end behind Ciudad Quesada.
It is approx. 35 min. by car to the airport in both Alicante and Murcia.
On the way to Torrevieja – which is 10 km away – you will also find large beautiful shopping centers such as Carrefour and Habaneras.
And it’s just 15 minutes on the freeway to the Zenia Boulevard mall on La Zenia – Orihuela Costa.
Inside Torrevieja you can enjoy the “big city life” and walk on the promenade among the stalls and real Spanish culture.
You do not have to drive long to find beautiful beaches, and there are many beautiful beaches approx. 10 km away.

Taxes when buying a home in Spain
Costs of buying a home in Spain are between 13 and 14.5%.
